As a BPI Affiliate, Refresh Homes provides testing for Building Analyst and Envelope Professional certifications. We also provide online "written" testing for all other BPI certifications.
Both written/online and field testing is included in our BASE Package. Written/online tests may be taken in groups in almost any location that has broadband internet. Field tests must be taken individually in a house you provide. We can provide equipment for both written and field tests.
BPI certification testing without training (or re-testing of failed tests) is available at a rate of $250 per online/written test and $400 per field test (in a house you provide) plus travel expenses. We can provide guidance for those wishing to seek training on their own. You are highly encouraged to explore your options for training and testing. In New Jersey, Conservation Services Group offers fully reimbursable training and reimbursable testing (up to $375; there are hoops and a waiting list), Saturn Resource Management offers excellent online training and we can supplement their training with field training and testing.
